You can request deletion of your ApisTrack account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what gets deleted, what we may keep and for how long, and how long the process takes.
How to request deletion
Send an email to Connect@apistrack.com from the email address associated with your ApisTrack account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include:
- Your account email address (and user name, if you know it).
- Your organization name, if known.
- Whether you want to delete your individual user account, or — if you are an account owner/admin — your entire organization and its data.
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
A note on organization data: ApisTrack is a multi-tenant business tool. Operational records (yards, visits, routes, and similar) belong to the organization that created them. If you are a crew member rather than the account owner, deleting your individual account removes your personal profile, but records owned by your organization may be retained by that organization. Owners/admins can request deletion of the full organization and its data.
What is deleted
When we process a deletion request for an individual user, we remove or anonymize:
- Your account and identity data — email, password credentials, user name, role, and crew/organization membership.
- Your device push notification token.
- Personal data that directly identifies you as an individual user.
When we process deletion of an entire organization (requested by an owner/admin), we additionally remove that organization's operational records, including bee yards and their GPS coordinates, visits and activities, notes, issues/needs, routes and supply lists, landowner contact details, and photos stored in our cloud storage.
What may be retained, and for how long

| Backups | Deleted data may persist in encrypted system backups for up to 30 days, after which it is overwritten in the normal backup rotation. |
| Records required by law | We may retain limited information where required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations, for the period required by the applicable law. |
| Organization-owned records (individual-user deletions) | Operational records you created on behalf of your organization remain with that organization unless the organization itself requests deletion. |
| Aggregated / anonymized data | Data that no longer identifies you may be retained indefinitely. |
Expected timeframe
We confirm receipt of deletion requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request, except for the limited categories noted above. We'll email you to confirm once the deletion is complete.
